Intel announces 12th Gen Core Alder Lake S Processor.

The new Gen Intel processor combines High-performance cores and High-Efficiency cores into a single die. This is suitable for Desktop Edge, IoT application workloads. The processor has 16 cores and 24 threads in IoT SKUs(Stock Keeping Units).
Performance: For single-threaded workloads, if Intel 10th Gen processor gives performance of say 1, then for the same workload 12th Gen workload performance will be 1.36. For multi- threaded workloads, if Intel 10th Gen processor gives performance of say 1, then for the same workload 12th Gen workload will be 1.35.
